The Not-The-Nine-Boards-Challenge

My French is not very good - je suis desolé - hopefully someone can translate this.
Aimed to kick off in 10 days' time, this is a series of 10 races - consisting a sprint drag, 2 hot laps, 3 short races, a rally, 2 middle distance races and a "longer" race - aimed to be the most enjoyable and yet varied series of races I can pull out of my warped imagination.
Each precise track/race will not be posted until 00.01 GMT on Mondays, then you have a full week (until 23.59 GMT Sunday) to submit a time to my Hotmail address. Sign-ups are also by that - or any other means you can get messages to me...
The website and full rules are all up and running now - the full car list is displayed along with race order and deadlines.

I included/understood (with half) but I do not feel able to translate, SiR...
that seems to me interesting but me I do not have really time in this moment, finally there are surely interested parties here !!

Le NT9BC
Bon en gros c'est un tournois de 10 courses (une drag (run), 2 hot laps, 3 courses de courtes distance, 1 rally, 2 courses de moyennes distances et 1 de longue distance)
Les circuits/voitures seront d?voil?s lundi ? 00:01 GMT ensuite vous avez une semaine complete (23:59 GMT dimanche) pour envoyer un temps ? son adresse Hotmail

Ouais pour le NT9BC on peut s'enregistrer j'usqu'au moment da la fin de la premiere epreuve, soit le 2 mars 2003 23:59 GMT
Debut du gtc4 est le 19 fev a vous de voir si vous avez pas assez du gtcup4

Hybrids OU voitures normales
Anglais: Some people at GT3T who have joined the series (kart no. 38, Ganesh) cannot create hybrids as they don't have an Xport/Sharkport. I haven't decided whether to omit them from that round (but NOT penalise them with a last place) or to create a second table for that round for people who cannot create hybrids and give them rankings from that instead. It depends on numbers...
SiR_Honda - Thanks! Merci! I can't tell really who has joined though - I think manu-cobalt is in... Could you tell me which drivers want in please? Merci again... 
(and I really am désolé at my poor French...)

Apr?s avoir re lut le topic et si je comprend bien se son des voitures hybride qui seron utilis?es, je ne c pas encore "hybrider" les voitures.
Si se sont les voitures du jeux tel quel nous son imposer oui je confirme mon inscription.

Didn't catch a word of that.
However - if there are 40% or more of drivers not wanting to use hybrids, I will create a SECOND table for that race alone. This means that non-hybrid drivers will get a ranking as will hybrid drivers.
If LESS than 40% of drivers don't want to use a hybrid, I will simply omit those drivers from that round and give them a final average ranking for the NINE races, not ten with penalty.
If you do not wish to use hybrids, you WILL NOT be penalised.
